Durability & Dependability
Wet end is made up of a headbox & a wire table. Its primary functions are dehydration & formation. The pulp falls from a box onto a wire bed with big holes in it from which the majority of the water is removed. Our machines have a large dehydration capacity & can produce high-quality paper quickly.
Press sections can dehydrate & enhance paper quality. The wet paper still has excess water after dehydration in the wet region & if transported to the dryer section it consumes a lot of steam & also reduces the density & strength of the fiber texture. So, you'll need the press section to continually de-water&one can also produce first-rate paper with great smoothness & air permeability using it. The dryer section is the last step in the dewatering process. It dries the pulp using a succession of steam-heated rollers that stretch the paper&assist eliminate moisture. The calendar portion is made up of a set of rollers through which the paper web is rolled. This smoothens & enhances the quality of paper and provides a consistent thickness. The pressure used at this point affects the finish.
